Personal Training

At Thrive, we believe in delivering the highest quality client experience possible. That starts by limiting our coaching solutions to individuals or small groups (max 2). Each personal training session consists of three areas of focus: physical and mental preparation, active training, and physical and mental recovery. While our training is founded in functional movement, we employ multiple modalities in order to create unique programs that keep the mind stimulated and keep the body guessing.  With our personal training, you will:

  • Elevate your level of fitness
  • Improve body composition
  • Break through mental barriers that are hindering your performance​

Personal Coaching

As a Thrive client, you have access to monthly coaching calls.  This part of our coaching is truly's all about you, your life, your dreams, your challenges.  We believe that you have all of the answers you need to live the life of your dreams.  Our goal is simply to support and guide you in finding those answers, finding your inner truth, and achieving at levels higher than even you think you are capable of.  Common elements of monthly coaching calls include:

  • Creating prosperity and abundance in your life
  • Integrating health and fitness into your life and vice versa
  • Identifying and overcoming obstacles that are holding you back from becoming your best self
  • Clarifying your purpose and core values in order to create successful outcomes in all areas of your life​

Health and Nutrition Coaching

Like many, you might have gone through the yo-yo cycle of losing weight, gaining it back, and starting over again.  Perhaps you have never been exposed to proper eating and nutrition and its impact on your health.  Or, you may feel educated in these areas, yet are unable to find a health and nutrition practice that aligns with you.   At Thrive, we don't believe that there is one supreme approach to health and nutrition.  We believe that each person and their body are unique and we approach our health and nutrition coaching accordingly.  Our health and nutrition coaching will provide you with:

  • Analysis of your current health and nutrition habits and practices
  • Education on food, macro-nutrients, and their effect on general health, as well as on exercise performance
  • Guidance in finding the right health and nutrition practice for you

A Truly Custom Solution

You are an amazing, unique individual and we believe your coaching program should be just as unique as you are.  That's why every program at Thrive is custom tailored to suit each individual client's needs and goals.  What you should know before inquiring further:

  • New clients are required to make a minimum 3 month commitment prior to beginning coaching.  Coaching is very much a partnership and it's important that you are committed to yourself, as well as your coach.  In turn, you have our guarantee that we are all in with you from day one. 
  • In order for coaching to begin, both parties must agree that it's a good fit.  We respect you.  We also respect that our coaching may not be right for you and you may not be the right client for us.  Before entering into an agreement, we offer a complimentary strategy call.  On this call we will get clear on 3 things: 1) Where you're currently struggling right now.  2) Your goals.  3) A game plan to get you there.  Click below to book your free strategy session.
